IncubaOS isn't a generic SaaS reskinned for innovation. It's the operating system we wished existed when we were running cohorts on Excel and chasing founders on WhatsApp — built by the team that lived the problem.
IncubaOS was born inside a university incubator in Algeria. We were the team responsible for onboarding founders, reviewing projects, running evaluations, hosting events, and reporting to the ministry — every quarter, every cohort.
The tools we had didn't fit. Excel files multiplied. WhatsApp groups fragmented. Documents disappeared. Reports were rebuilt from memory the night before the board meeting. We built IncubaOS first for ourselves — then realized every incubator we spoke to had the exact same problem.
Today, IncubaOS is the operating layer for universities, accelerators, and innovation centers that refuse to run another year on spreadsheets.
If you decide who gets incubated, who gets funded, who pitches investors — you should not be doing it on a spreadsheet. Our mission is to make institutional-grade incubation software accessible to universities, accelerators, and innovation centers across Algeria, the Maghreb, and beyond.
Cloud or on-premise — you pick. Your founder data belongs to your institution, not us. Every deployment can be air-gapped on request.
Arabic, French, English — RTL and LTR — designed from day one, not bolted on later. Your founders apply in the language they think in.
Every action is logged. Every export is clean. Every record is ready for the board, the ministry, and the auditors — without overnight scrambles.
White-label is the default, not a premium add-on. Your founders see your institution on every screen — IncubaOS disappears.
AI handles the boring half — classification, scoring, weak-section detection. But every decision that changes a founder's life stays with your team.
Every screen exists because we needed it. Nothing is theoretical. Nothing is "nice to have." If it doesn't ship a cohort, it doesn't ship.
IncubaOS is built and operated by EOSIA Health Group, a product studio with deep roots in institutional software, healthcare systems, and university operations across Algeria. We don't build for hypothetical users — we build for the operators we already know by name.
The same team designs the product, writes the code, runs the deployments, and answers the support line. No outsourced layers. No call-center support. The person who built the evaluation module is the person who'll walk you through it.
We'll walk through the founder portal, the admin dashboard, evaluations, and analytics — on your real workflow.
